PARTY !

WELCOME PARTY

“Don’t stop make it pop, DJ blow ma speakers up tonight I’mma fight till we see the sunlight tick tock on the clock but the party won’t stop” –tick tock by Keesha, haven’t heard it in a long time but I’m currently listening to the song and doing the hand motion- writing down all the cherishing memories that it brings back.

What are you wearing? What are you doing at the party? What’s the party theme? How’ll the backdrop be decorated? Over sometime these words have been echoing in the premises of JUC campus. Finally the long awaited Saturday night came on which students celebrated the welcome party.

A splendid party was thrown by JUC administration and our valued A2’s in the honor of As students who joined JUC family in the year 2011.

The moment the night came. It spelled its own magic in the aura, with colorful fancily dressed students in lobby. It was a joyful evening that started off with loads of décor music, lights, food, and laughter of students which then led it to a charismatic night. The event started off with the energetic welcome note by our lively and motherly Vice Principal Madam Ayesha Adil.

As and A2 students then dominated the stage and entertained the audience with the lovely performances they had prepared for the event including mushaira skits and what not. There were some fine singers from As who showed their performances and were highly appreciated.  The incredible drumming by As student amazed the audience and made people hop around on the dance floor.

A Party without food is definitely not a party. To fuel us all up with energy; scrumptious food was served including Chinese rice, Manchurian, chowmein, soft drinks and ice-cream. To add more flavor to the night there was a DJ, music disco lights which further enhanced the ambiance of the night. Later all the students danced to the beats of songs.
Even though it took some time to wind up the event but the students were thrilled and so enthusiastic that they wanted the night to continue on with the beats of music playing in their ears. Nevertheless this awesome party showed me the unity, love and sweetness the JUC family shares because this party wouldn’t have been so pleasant without we being considerate about each other. Thanks to the JUC Family, Administration and Our A2’s for making this event so terrific
